About the Role

This is a key role in the business. You’ll have the support, resources, and freedom you need to get in front of clients and win work.

The focus early on will be heavy on new business—getting out there, knocking on doors, chasing leads, and bringing fresh customers into the fold. You’ll also build on existing relationships and turn one-off hires into long-term accounts.

From spotting opportunities to closing deals and booking in jobs, you’ll own your sales process end to end, including proposals, reporting, invoiving and keeping things tidy in our CRM.

About You

‍
We’re open to a range of experience levels. What matters most is your fit with the team, customer focus, sales drive,and integrity. If you’ve got a track record in sales and know how to build relationships that last, you’ll fit right in.

A background in access gear, heavy machinery, or the civil construction space is a bonus, but not a must. If you’ve got the right attitude, strong sales skills, and a desire to learn, we can get you up to speed.
