When the ground is too rough, wet or steep for a standard forklift, the 2.5T 4WD class keeps materials moving. These machines carry full pallets of building product across construction sites, unsealed yards and winter mud — the conditions that stop a warehouse forklift at the gate.
We run two options: the AUSA C251H rough terrain forklift, with a 5.45 m lift height and 38% gradeability for genuinely rough site work, and the Maximal FD25 4WD, a switchable 4WD/2WD unit with differential lock and up to 50% gradeability for yards and mixed surfaces. Both lift 2,500 kg. For bigger packs of timber or heavier loads on rough ground, look at the 3.5T 4WD class; to place loads at real height and reach, a telehandler is the next step up.
