The biggest digger in our fleet, the 33–37 tonne class is built for large-scale bulk earthworks, quarry-style production digging and heavy demolition. Operating at 33.8–37 tonnes, our Volvo ECR305CL delivers 173 kN of breakout force, a 7 m dig depth and an 11-tonne lift capacity — the muscle to keep a fleet of trucks fed and to swing the heaviest attachments.
Despite its size, the ECR305CL is a short-tail-swing machine, so it can work productively on constrained sites — motorway corridors, urban demolition, tight commercial lots — where a conventional 30-tonner couldn’t slew safely. Transport is by heavy haulage, so factor site access and pad conditions into your planning early.
