Compaction Wheels
Compaction Wheels fit onto an excavator hitch. They are an alternative to a plate compactor or trench roller. Used mostly for drainage trenching and service trench work to compact soil and other aggregates after pipe or conduits have been laid.

Compaction wheels fit straight onto your excavator’s hitch and turn the machine you already have on site into a trench compactor. They’re the efficient alternative to a plate compactor or trench roller for drainage and service trench work — compacting soil and aggregate in the trench as pipes and conduits are backfilled, without anyone entering the excavation.
Because the excavator applies its own weight and arm force through the wheel, you get consistent compaction at depth with fast cycle times, and no separate machine to move around site.
