Who do I contact for support? What is onsite support? and am I charged for it?
You are always welcome to touch base with you account manager who will make sure the correct person is in contact with you to resurrect the issue – however at times the account manager will be a middle man, please see below for the best contact:
- EWP has stopped working on site –service option on our main phone line
- Oil or hydraulic leak on site –the service option on our main phone line
- The invoice has a query – the accounts option on our main phone line or email firstname.lastname@example.org
If the breakdown is at fault of the site or operator the call out will be $85 per hour plus the costs to get the machine back up and running.
