What happens when a logbook gets lost or stolen? What happens when the machine gets audited and the last two weeks of daily checks are not available?

If a logbook is lost or stolen you will need to note this in the replacement book on the assets page ‘Previous book lost’.

Contact the Branch to let them know new log books are required.
