What is the process if a machine is returned damaged or damaged is found?

Our equipment goes through a full check in process, if any damage by the customer is found or we are already aware and have receive the machine the follow steps are taken:

  • Damage report created
  • Work order created
  • Quote damage (Internal or External)
  • Send email to customer showing Pre-inspection report and post rental Damage Report
  • Invoice charges
  • Repair machine
