How do I go about a Cash only sale in regard to confirming and payment?

The following outlines the limitations and requirements for cash sales:

• Cash Sales are NOT under any circumstance allowed to rent any civil machine over 5.5T
• We do NOT rent Rock Breakers as Cash Sales
• Payment for the anticipated rental must be received up front
• Bond must be held in line with the Cash Bond Required (will be stipulated in your quote) before machine leaves our yard
• Cash Sales must sign the Rental Agreement before any machine leaves our yard
• ID must be provided by the person who signs the rental agreement
